Gratitude in Your Daily Life

Where are you on the Emotional Scale today?   
Checking  in often is a helpful daily practice.  Doing this brings in more awareness when a low  vibration creeps in. You can then  ask yourself  "Why am I feeling this way?" Note what your reaction is and what  triggered you. Just accept where you are right now.  Then allow or give yourself permission to raise your vibration and move up the scale. take responsibility for your own happiness and figure out what works for you in each moment, Sometimes taking responsibility for your own emotional health means acknowledging the need for a little help.  Enjoy the suggestions here and  Aim for JOY! I welcome your return and give gratitude for sharing with your friends.
1Keep a Gratitude Journal  - Put the pen to paper and write down things you are grateful for each day. There is an added energetic benefit in this process, don't use the computer. Make a commitment for 30 days and experience the shift that occurs. Get a notebook and pen you really like. Decide where to keep them, perhaps your bedside.Start your day with a gratitude writing  and also allow time to reflect on the day's gratitudes at the end.

Walk in Gratitude - go for a walk and be very aware and present. Breathe deeply and open your five senses for a full experience. Open your vision in all directions, breathe in the scents of your surroundings, be very quiet and notice the sounds. What do you feel in your body, give thanks for your healthy body for allowing this wonderful walk. Can you taste the wonders of your walk? Give gratitude to all things you are drawn to welcome the surprises that come from just allowing.
Try repeating the  morning gratitudes from your  journal as you walk. Allow more inspirations for your evening writing creating a mindful meditation that unfolds with each step of your Gratitude Walk.
